Double-sided foam tape has 2 layers: background layer and adhesive film

•  The base layer (or film layer) is usually PVC film, BOPP film, kraft paper, fabric… which is soft, tough, thin, elastic, some materials are also waterproof, can withstand high temperatures, and is used to hold a thin layer of adhesive inside.
•  The adhesive layer has a basic composition of adhesive film with the ability to adhere firmly to surfaces. Commonly used adhesive compounds: acrylate copolymer, hydrogenated rosin, BOP, DO… The internal composition varies depending on the application requirements. Antioxidants can be added to help the adhesive have a longer lasting adhesion.
