Masking tape
Paper tape is a versatile product that can be used in practice to write notes, label, title, gift packaging, or in the paint and chemical industries.
Paper tape was invented in 1925 by Mr. Richard Drew at an automobile factory when he saw the difficulty of workers trying to use newspaper to wrap areas that did not need to be painted during the car painting process. Moreover, when the workers peeled off the newspaper, they left a lot of glue on the surface of the car body, which took a lot of cleaning time and affected work efficiency. After the research process, he found a solution to create the paper tape product as it is today.
Material
Paper tape consists of a layer of crepe paper coated with natural rubber glue or acrylic glue, the silicon paper tape is coated with a reinforced silicon layer on the paper surface to create durability when used.

Application
Paper tape is most commonly used in the paint industry (wall painting, house painting, car and motorbike painting industry, …), users only need to stick and wrap the details before painting to protect the positions that do not need to be painted, then just peel off the tape after completion. In addition, it has many other applications in practice such as office work: labeling, titles, writing notebook covers, writing notes, …
The advantage of paper tape is that when peeling off the tape, it does not leave glue marks on the surface of the material. This is also an index to evaluate the adhesive retention of this product. Paper tape is stuck onto the surface of the material and can normally stay for 7 – 14 days without leaving glue marks on the surface after peeling.
