Colored OPP adhesive tape is made from BOPP film, produced from Polypropylene (PP) resin, a thermoplastic polymer that melts at a certain temperature and returns to a solid state when cooled.

• After melting, PP plastic particles will be stretched in two directions to form a transparent film.
• Next, the BOPP film is combined with an adhesive layer on one side to form the OPP adhesive tape product.
• The glue used is Acrylic water glue or hot melt synthetic rubber, which has better temperature resistance, or better UV protection than using synthetic rubber glue.
• BOPP film goes through the glue-coating line on one side and goes through a suitable temperature boiler to dry the glue layer to form a transparent glue layer on the film surface.
