Yellow paper tape
Masking tape, English name is Masking tape, is produced from a thin layer of paper coated with reinforced silicon and a thin, strong adhesive layer that does not leave glue marks on the surface.
The product was born in 1925, created by Mr. Richard Drew – an employee at an auto repair shop. While repainting car parts, he realized that the type of tape being used to cover the paint layer peeled off after being peeled off because it was too sticky. This gave him the idea that there needed to be a new type of glue with moderate adhesion so as not to peel off the paint layer below when peeled off. From there, masking tape was invented to overcome the above difficulties and has been widely used in life until today.
