Round carton paper tube is a product made from layers of kraft paper pressed together with specialized glue, the technical parameters are produced according to the needs of customers. The product has a round, elongated cylindrical shape, used for many different purposes such as making paper roll cores or food wrap cores. These functions cannot be achieved by carton boxes.

When producing round cardboard tubes, it is necessary to pay attention to the compression resistance (hardness) of the product. The requirements for hardness will vary depending on the purpose of each customer’s product application. For products with high winding and tightening, the hardness of the paper core must be compatible. If the paper core is too thin, the hardness is not suitable for the tightening force, it will lead to distortion when winding, reducing the quality of the goods, slipping out of the paper tube, and bad shape. This problem will take a lot of time, effort and quite high cost to handle, even damaging the goods beyond repair.
